Abstract：
SCA-V71M is a vinyl functional silane making them suitable to be used as a crosslinker in making crosslinking organic polymers. It is also recommended for chain extension of RTV or other silane or OH functional polymer.
It is the fastest hydrolyzing rate among vinyl series silanes.
Applications and Performance：
1. Silane crosslink polymers: This vinyl silane can also grafted to select unsaturated polymers such as PE, PET and Styrene-Butadiene co-polymer, via moisture cure mechanism. These vinyl silane crosslinked polymers represent good resistant to high temperature and excellent mechanic strength.
2. Emulsion polymerization: As a monomeric vinyl functional silane in vinyl, vinyl acrylic and acrylic resin, this vinyl silane can be added as monomers during emulsion during polymerization to form silane modified latexes. The silane in such latexes functions as crosslinkers, forming very stable Si-O-Si chain.
3. Adhesives, sealants and hot melt: Excellent adhesion to a wide range of inorganic substrates such as metal, glass and concrete, the suitable resins include acrylic, vinyl and vinyl acrylic.
Packing：
The regular packing of this product is 25kg plastic pail, 200L steel drums and 1000L immediate bulk container.
Storage and Shelf Life：
Should be stored in dry, cool, ventilated room; keep away from water, moisture, high temperature and fire. This product has a shelf life of at least 12 months if stored in tightly closed original container at room temperature.
If this product is kept beyond the shelf life recommend on the product label, it is not necessarily unusable, but a quality control should be performed on the properties relevant to the application.
